Volunteer Work-Trade Deposits
After filling out your Inlakesh Festival Volunteer application and being accepted, please make your deposit here, by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

We now require a deposit for volunteer positions.
- The deposit is $100- for a volunteer who is doing 3 or 4 x 4 hour shifts. (3 shifts is a work trade for a 3-day non-camping pass with 3 dinners included, and 4 shifts is a work trade for a weekend pass with camping and 3 dinners included.)
- The deposit is $50- for a non-camping volunteer who is doing 1 or 2 x 4 hour shifts. (2 shifts is a work trade for 2 x 1-day passes with 2 dinners included, and 1 shift is a work trade for 1 x 1-day pass with 1 dinner included.)
Deposits will be refunded to all volunteers who fulfill their volunteer commitments. Volunteers who do not fulfill their requirements will not receive a refund. These refunds will be made by July 8th, directly to the credit card, debit card, or PayPal account that was used to make the deposit. Cash refunds will not be available at the event.
Please note that cancellations (if absolutely necessary) will be accepted through June 17th. If you cancel by then, you will receive your deposit back soon after the event, minus a small service fee which we are charged. Cancellations made after June 17th (1 week prior to the event) are extremely inconvenient for us. There will be no refunds on deposits for cancellations made after June 17th.
