Reconnect with the Elements. Earth, fire, air, water, spirit. By returning to the elements of our Nature, we move closer to our selves, each other, source. We explore asana, pranayama, other ancient techniques in order to deepen this connection.
10:45 – 11:45 AM ~ Ecstatic Dance – Shilo Gilliland
Free your mind with ecstatic dance! Ecstatic is an easy free-form style dance that encompasses all movement that expresses and enhances energetic and/or spiritual experiences. Learn to liberate your creativity by letting go of the structure of traditional style dances and expand inventiveness into all aspects of your life! A great workout for not just the body, but the mind and soul as well!
Shilo: My passion is dance and creative movements! I especially love it when fire is involved. My path to health and artistic motion came later in life when I chose to develop a lifestyle of exercise, healthy eating, and positive thought processes. Since then I have lost over 80 pounds and rediscovered my inner child that loves to explore the universe and make people happy.

I love the depth of health and prosperity of the individual and the community as a whole; it’s never ending! There’s much enjoyment to this life and I wish to share and experience it. After experiencing the deepest depression and the fiercest of anxiety, I turned it all around and I now understand what the challenges of life are all about. I’ve found that investing in others comes full circle and becomes investing in oneself. With all my energy I seek to assist my town, my state, my country and my world into discovering the phenomenal being within!

It begins with a belief, goes on into questions and becomes enthusiastic answers. Everything in the universe is pattern and in order to change that pattern to one that serves and delights, one must recognize it first. Then we can choose change rather then have change choose us. Impress and charm yourself and others with a practiced body, mind and breath. We help do this through yoga, wellness consulting, and flow art (fire spinning and other forms of dance).

11:00AM – 1:00PM ~ All Levels Vinyasa Yoga – Jesse
Join Jess for an all-levels vinyasa flow class designed to open your heart, awaken your intuition, and create space to reshape mental habits. We will focus on intentional breathwork, stillness, present moment awareness, and strength-based physical practice. Jess has been teaching various forms of yoga since 2008, including vinyasa, restorative, yin, and Bikram. She owns Sweaty Ganesh Yoga in Eugene, Oregon and also has a background in counseling psychology. Yoga is such a powerful tool for changing the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic body, and she absolutely loves sharing this with students
5:30 – 6:30PM ~ Vinyasa Yoga II – Colin “Yoga is the fire that burns the cage”
This class is listed as Vinyasa II not because of advanced asana (postures) but more to describe the amplification of the personal practice of Yoga as a spiritual journey. We focus our awareness into opening the mind to its own music. I hope this class inspires Bhakti and jubilation. There is a limitlessness to even our phsyical bodies, in the sense that through asana, pranayama, pratyahara dharana, we plunge into our own selves, and like ripples our vibrations are infinite. We are turning the six senses toward the inner self, and dancing the madness of the ego into surrender at the gates of our own freedom.
8:15 – 9:30PM ~ Open Your Heart Yoga Flow DJ Set – Kayla and Max
Together we will move and explore the heart area. We will cover aspects of the heart chakra and also opening the physical body in the area of the heart. We will stretch, find our strength, and stability while also opening up to be able to allow an open flow from the heart.
9:30 – 11:30AM ~ Chakra Balancing Yoga Playshop – Sandra & Jackie
Join us for a unique opportunity as we incorporate nature’s medicine into our yoga practice. In this workshop, we will take an invigorating vinyasa flow class and introduce the use of essential oils to deepen our connection to earths energy. We will tap into each Chakra (energy center) in our bodies and balance each one with Intention, Essential Oil application,Vinyasa Flow, and Nidra Meditation. Once our Chakras are balanced we will flow into Partner Connecting Exercises and Hand Aromatouch.
12 Noon – 1:30PM ~ Detox Flow – Cloud
As we come together, we will breath deeply and move mystically, creating a heat from within that will allow us to go deeper into our forms, fully cleansing our bodies. Beginning with classical sun salutations, and standing poses, we will then hold forward folds, compressions and twists, before ending with backbends and inversions to complete the detox. Our final resting pose will come to us with ease and a lightness of being. Come cleanse with us and leave restored, renewed, and reenergized.
5:30 – 7:00 PM ~ Love Your Body Gentle Flow – Jocelyn
Come to the mat for a gentle flow to embrace your individuality and the beautiful body you have been given! Bring awareness to the breath and the sensations in the body and beyond, as we move slowly and intuitively through postures designed to calm the nervous system. Come to accept yourself exactly as you are and tend to mental and physical ailments through acts of self-love. Breathe your body, feel your body, love your body, heal your body.
